Your data supports innovations = Western Countries

Your data supports that intellectual growth of children is stunted because of insufficient nutritional food intake in poor countries. When these stunted children grow up, they become less productive and chain of poverty continues.

In emerging economies like Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil etc. food expense is relatively high and those countries are showing accelerated growth. My anecdotal information says, population with nutritional food intake is less prone to violence and thrive for education and knowledge.
