Some one help me please

I am trying to post one GIF image just like we used to do in e-mail. But the GIF file here is showing as attached file in the message and does not display it until I click on it. Any idea how to solve it !!

Good to see you here. Uploading and attching image instruction is available on the help section. Go to HELP and click File Upload tab.
